Worksheet Pages within each workbook All the worksheets can be made visible or hidden away. Each worksheet has it's own toggle button to view or hide it.
The Instruction Page Contains all the essential information required for the initial setting up of the league table. The Positioning Table Page which auto positions for each game score entered. With columns for Position / Games Played Home and Away columns for Wins / Draws / Lose / Goals For / Goals Against and than a final Goals Difference and Points Total column shows the game score table and as the information is input for each match the information flows through to the positioning table shown above auto positioning the teams based on the criteria selected. First criteria Points Total Second criteria Goal Difference If all three criteria are equal then the sort is alphabetical 2 Home and 2 Away matches

In the demonstration when the file opens it has been set on the "Goals For" criteria for determining position after Points and Goal Difference.With this setting you will see that Carlisle are in 18th position and Southend are in 19th position.
Selecting "Games Won" as the third criteria will automatically exchange these two teams positions based on the match scores Southend become placed in 18th position and Carlisle in 19th. |
